Where is my order?
You should receive a confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order and your item(s) will be posted according to the delivery option you chose (please see our Postage & Delivery page). If you have not received a confirmation email following your purchase or more than 5 working days have passed since you placed your order please contact us at HQ@cranebumpbaby.com and we will investigate the situation as a priority.
Can I return an item?
Another easy one, yes! But please see Our Returns Policy page for all the info you'll need.
Is my personal information kept private?
Explain to me about sizing?
All of our baby and toddler sizes are standardised into age group or XS, S, M and L. However, we know children come in all shapes and sizes, childhood isn't an exact science! But rest assured all items can be returned (see Our Returns Policy) if they don't fit.
Our maternity wear is also standardised into S, M and L sizes.
Items found in Accessories or Bits & Bobs are generally 'one size' fits all.
For both bump & baby items we suggest if you are unsure err on the bigger side for growing room!
